NEW DELHI: Association of International Wealth Management of India is conducting its 3rd annual 'Women in Finance' Leadership Summit India (WIF2020). The virtual event scheduled to be held on September 25.

The event aims to bring a sustainable change in the Indian Financial Services through the exchange of knowledge sharing and providing a platform to develop actions.

The event states the importance of financial empowerment of women in the global wealth arena, the majority of which controlled by men.

This event will facilitate a platform where participants get an opportunity to interact with women professionals and share both success and striving stories.

WIF2020 will bring together the voices and insights of a diverse range of female luminaries. This event will focus on Women Leaders leading the sector and redefining the rules of engagement. It will explore ways to realize the true and complete potential of the women talent pool.

AIWMI's inaugural WIF  Leadership Summit India organized in November 2017 had several healthy discussions over strengthening the financial side of women.

The summit focussed on the transformational process of the financial sector like the macroeconomic environment and regulatory frameworks amid changing gender dynamics.

The second edition of the summit conducted in 2019 also saw 'India’s Top 100 Women in Finance' campaign which were both successful in terms of addressing and acknowledging women in financial leadership.

This year will see over 300 women professionals to cover the financial services and to address women who have progressed into the senior level.

The not-for-profit organization AIWMI is a membership association for finance professionals, focussing on strategies to build a financial infrastructure through campaigns, training, and education.

To achieve their aims, AIWMI works closely with the Government, the Regulators, the Industries/Associations, the Corporate, the Media, and the General Public.
