Wildlife Rescue Trust rescued species of a hedgehog from a residential area in Gujarat’s Vadodara district.

Arvind Pawar, the Trust president, said that this rare species was last rescued in 2007.

This hedgehog is a spiny mammal with a greyish and puffy surface.

Hedgehogs are spiny mammals that lead a nocturnal way of life.

Some countries keep hedgehogs as pets and lead a domesticated life. However, they are vulnerable to car accidents and possibly run over.

Similarly, two days ago, an 8-feet long crocodile was also rescued from the Manjalpur area in Gujarat’s Vadodara district.
