Prime Minister said that important points were discussed with professionals such as cold storage, etc.
In the final stage of trials, Pfizer’s BNT162b2 vaccine showed 95% efficiency.
NITI Aayog member (Health) Dr VK Paul had said that the centre is considering all options for cold storage in case the vaccine is needed.
For the cold storage of this vaccine by Pfizer,s minus 70 degrees Celsius is needed and it is a big challenge.
