Telengana: Google signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Telangana government to bring advantages of the digital economy to youth and women entrepreneurs. Under the partnership, the technology giant Google joined hands with the government to extend scholarships for Google Career Certificates to youth in the state and empower the women entrepreneurs through financial skill training.
They also desire to boost the government’s effort for digital teaching and learning tools, support the development of public transportation and enhance digital technologies in agriculture. With the presence of Telangana IT and MA&MD Minister KT Rama Rao, Google revealed its design of the ground-up development at the acquired land in Gachibowli in 2019. The huge project offers highly skilled tech employees and a healthy collaborative working environment.
“ I appreciate that Google believes in the state government’s efforts for the development of Hyderabad and the business in the entire state. The company has collaborated with Telangana since 2017. They have all facilities to assist and make this state become ‘Digital Telangana’. I hope these new projects will be a great support to the citizens, especially women and youth”, said Minister KT Rama Rao.
