Meditation is considered as one of the most effective forms of treatment for stress and mental health. There are other activities that are just as effective. 

Delhi-based psychologist Dr Bhavna Barmi said that listening to music is good for mental health because when it enters our cerebrums it discharges dopamine and activates a synapse that causes you to feel upbeat.
