Bhumi Pednekar Wants Award Shows To Include OTT Films
Bollywood actress Bhumi Pednekar said that the award must also include those films released on OTT platforms.
Two of her women-centric films were released this year; 'Durgavati' and 'Dolly Kitty Aur Woh Chamakte Sitare.'
Due to the trends and quality content, Bhumi said that the medium and its films deserve to be eligible at various awards ceremonies in the country.
She hoped to entertain the theatre audience with her film 'Durgavati' but the pandemic happened.
Dimple Kapadia Opens Up On 'Tenet'
Veteran actress Dimple Kapadia made her major Hollywood entry with Christopher Nolan's film 'Tenet.'
She called her role in the film "a dream come true" and did not expect to ace the auditions.
She added that the role instilled confidence in her to do better roles in the future.
She will be playing a role in the film starring John David Washington, Robert Pattinson and Elizabeth Debicki.
'Tenet' will be released in India on December 4th.
Salman Khan Announces 'Bigg Boss' Season Finale
The 14th season of 'Bigg Boss' is currently airing on colours channel.
Salman Khan announced recently where he said that the finale of the popular reality show will be held December instead of January.
The show is taking place amidst the pandemic while taking major precautions.
Salman added that only four contestants will move on for the finale week.
'Bigg Boss-14' began early October and might end in December.
Rubina Dilaik, Rahul Vaidya, Jasmin Bhasin and Eijaz Khan are the popular contestants so far.

Uday Shankar, the Chairman of Star and Disney India, said that Ayan Mukerji’s supernatural drama 'Brahmastra' is the biggest movie ever made in India with its budget way over 300 crores.
Starring Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt and Amitabh Bachchan, the film had been delayed for over two years but is expected to hit the screen in 2021.
'Brahmastra' is the first of a proposed fantasy trilogy, also starring Nagarjuna Akkineni and Dimple Kapadia.
Madhur Bhandarkar Responds To Karan Johar's Apology On Title Row
Filmmaker Madhur Bhandarkar responded to Dharma Productions head Karan Johar's apology on the title of 'Fabulous Lives Of Bollywood Wives.'
Bhandarkar has accused Dharma Productions of allegedly misappropriating the title 'Bollywood Wives', which was already registered with him and that Johar's request for the title was also rejected by trade associations.
In a statement, Johar apologised but maintained that 'Fabulous Lives Of Bollywood Wives' is a "new and different title."
Bhandarkar responded by reminding Karan Johar that "mutual trust and respect" form the essential core of the film industry's inside mechanism.
CBFC Deletes Lines On SC And VAW From 'Indoo Ki Jawani'
Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) has run its scissors on certain scenes and dialogues in the film 'Indoo Ki Jawani' which mentioned violence against women in Delhi and Supreme Court.
The film stars Kiara Advani as Indoo, a woman who explores the world of online dating to overcome heartbreak.
The romantic comedy film is helmed by Abir Sengupta.
