Rhea Chakraborthy Gets Bail, Celebrities React
Actress Rhea Chakraborthy has been granted bail in the drug case after a month by the Bombay High Court.
The actress was in jail for over a month and the case was presided over by Justice Sarang Kotwal who stated that he does not agree that celebrities must be treated harshly to set an example.
She was taken into custody by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) in an alleged drug angle in the Sushant Singh Rajput.
Celebrities including Farhan Akhtar and Taapsee Pannu lauded the decision.

Sushant Singh Rajput's family lawyer said that the drug case against Chakraborthy was too weak.
He added that the real question is if she gave him drugs and endangered his life in the process and which doctor she had taken him to for treatment.
The drugs case sidelined from the actual aiding and abetting case against Rhea, he said.
Malayalam Star Tovino Thomas Injured, Hospital Says He Is Out Of Danger
Malayalam actor Tovino Thomas was hospitalised after he was injured on the sets of his upcoming film titled 'Kala.'
He was admitted to a private hospital and was kept under observation for 24 hours.
The hospital officials said that he suffered from an unbearable stomach ache and diagnosed internal bleeding.
He was shooting a stunt sequence in the film that is based on the theme 'man vs wild.'
He has been recommended to take three weeks long bed rest.
Payal Ghosh Apologises To Richa Chadha
Actress Payal Ghosh tendered an unconditional apology to Bollywood actress Richa Chadha for dragging her name into a sexual misconduct allegation against filmmaker Anurag Kashyap.
Ghosh's lawyer Nitin Satpute told Justice A K Menon in Bombay High Court that she regrets making that statement.
Ghosh had accused filmmaker Anurag Kashyap of sexual assault. In her statement, she said that actresses like Richa Chadha were giving him sexual favours.

Punjabi actress Himanshi Khurrana had recovered from COVID-19 and took to social media to say that she is fine.
She also thanked her followers for their prayers.
She had tested positive after she attended the farmers' protests against the three controversial farm bills.
