Tamil Actor Vijay's Cycling Speculated As Statement Against Fuel Price Hike

South Indian superstar Vijay was seen cycling to the voting poll booth on April 6th.

It was speculated that the actor was making a statement against the rise in fuel prices. 

However, Vijay’s team clarified that the only reason he took the cycle to the polling booth was that it was one street away from his house.

Mahima Chaudhary Opens Up About Troubled Marriage 

Bollywood actress Mahima Chaudhary spoke about her troubled marriage with ex-husband Bobby Mukherji, to whom she was married from 2006 till 2013. 

She didn't tell her family and friends about the issues she had in her marriage with Mukherji.

She also suffered from two miscarriages during her marriage with Mukherji. 

"You feel ‘oh, this was one issue’ and then you stay back and then one more issue and then you stay back," she said.

Chaudhary earned critical acclaim and popularity with her role in 'Pardes' with Shah Rukh Khan.

Katrina Kaif Tests Positive For COVID-19

Bollywood actress Katrina Kaif is the latest celebrity to test positive for COVID-19 (novel Coronavirus disease) during the second wave of infections. 

"Have immediately isolated myself and will be under home quarantine. I’m following all safety protocols under the advice of my doctors. Requesting everyone who came in contact with me to get tested immediately," she wrote in her Instagram stories.

Apart from Katrina, Bhumi Pednekar, Vicky Kaushal, Alia Bhatt, Ranbir Kapoor, Akshay Kumar, etc have tested positive. 


Harder Than You Can Imagine: Bhumi Pednekar On COVID-19

Bollywood actress Bhumi Pednekar shared a note on her Instagram story where she expressed that COVID-19 is a lot harder than one can imagine.

"Am so overwhelmed by all the love that's being poured in. Thank you for keeping me in your prayers. Sorry I haven't had a chance to reply back to your messages, calls, or DMs. I spent yesterday sleeping and recovering," she wrote.

She requested her fans and well-wishers to stay inside their homes and to step out only if it is necessary. 


Never Saw Marriage As A Safety Net: Prachi Desai

TV actress Prachi Desai said that she is not considering marriage at the moment because she enjoys her independence. 

She said that her parents never raised her into believing that marriage is a safety net that she can opt for when her career slows down. 

She was also never persuaded into a marriage she is not ready for.
