Gul Panag Underlines The Importance Of Having Sibling Bond

Bollywood actress Gul Panag is one of the very few actresses who managed to keep her personal life away from the cameras. She gave birth to her first child Nihal in 2018 and announced the news only a few months after the delivery.

Panag is known for balancing her professional life and personal life without mixing them up. The actress got candid with Hindustan Times and said that she is very much keen to have a second child.

She said that she is very close to her brother who lives in Delhi. Her husband also has a close-knit relationship with his sibling. She said that it is very important to have a sibling bond. "I will try my best to ensure that Nihal has a sibling to bond," said the actress.

The actress is enjoying motherhood and says that her life changed 360 degrees. "I wasn't comfortable sharing about Nihal on social media. But now, I can't resist sharing the bond that we have," she added.

When asked about the possibilities of surrogacy and adoption, she said that the family hasn’t thought about it yet. She said that she is sure that Nihal will have a sibling and added that only time can tell about factors like how, when, where.

Gul Panag began her career by winning the Miss India title and competing in Miss Universe in 1999. She entered Bollywood with 2003 film Dhoop. She is known for movies like Dor and Manorama Six Feet Under. 

She runs an NGO Colonel Shamsher Singh Foundation that works for gender equality and disaster management. Panag is also a serial half-marathon runner.

She was last seen in The Family Man in Amazon Prime.
