Indian cricketer Shikhar Dhawan took to social media to voice against the domestic violence happening during this COVID-19 lockdown.
He shared a picture of himself working out in the gym with his wife Ayesha. He is teaching his wife and son Zoravar to punch.
He added that he is loving the time he gets to spend with his family and the domestic violence truly disheartens him.
Dhawan is the opening batsman of the Indian cricket team and IPL team Delhi capitals.
The National Commission for Women reported an increase in the number of domestic violence cases.
