SAN FRANCISCO, UNITED STATES: Alexis Ohanian, the co-founder of Reddit and the husband of tennis star Serena Williams, quit from the board of social news company, recommending his post a black candidate. 

Alexis Ohanian announced his resignation from Reddit which he co-founded 15 years ago. 

He also pledged his future gains on his stock in the enterprise to serve the black community amidst the 'Black Lives Matter' protests. 

He also pledged donations to former NFL star Colin Kaepernick's 'Know Your Rights Camp.' 

Serena Williams praised her husband's decision to give his seat to an African American.
