Sahraa Karimi, Malala Yousafzai Voice Against Taliban Takeover

Sahraa Karimi took to social media to talk about how Taliban's takeover will leave people in jeopardy. She is the first woman director-general of state-run Afghan Film.

She posted a video of herself asking the world to come to the rescue of the people of Afghanistan, especially women who would be stifled without their freedom.

Malala Yousafzai took to Twitter to tweet about her growing concerns regarding women, minorities, and human rights activists.

Yousafzaai had faced the wrath of the Taliban who was against girls going to school and getting an education.

Afghanistan President Ashraf Ghani fled the country. Taliban took over Kabul after they caused the overnight collapse of the two cities – Jalalabad and Mazar-e-Sharif.
